Expedientia is a private, invitation-only pilot. These terms are an operational draft and do not yet authorize the processing of real case files. The final contractual terms must be approved before starting the trial with client information.
The service lets you gather the files of a case, obtain facts with internal references to their sources, and prepare an editable formal-demand response. The formats supported in this pilot are PDF, DOCX, XLSX, JPG/PNG/GIF/WebP and MP3/WAV, subject to the limits shown on the upload screen.
Every output is an assisted draft that requires review by a lawyer. The service does not replace professional judgment, does not track procedural deadlines, does not automatically verify whether rules are up to date, and does not guarantee that the document is complete, correct or fit to be sent.
Access requires an account. Two-factor authentication is available and recommended for any pilot user. The participant must protect their credentials and sign out on shared devices.
As this is an MVP, the service may change, be interrupted or produce errors. No service-level agreement is offered during the pilot. Subscription features, commercial quotas and payments are not considered active until they are expressly communicated and accepted.
The participant retains their rights over the documents provided. They authorize their processing solely to run the pilot. They may request deletion of a case file; the application then starts the asynchronous process described in the Privacy Policy.
